A leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements in Vancouver currently has a opportunity for a Payroll Administrator. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible to ensure timely and accurate processing of multiple payrolls using the Dayforce
Responsible:
- Preparing and processing hourly payroll.
- Maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS.
- Handling time and attendance and payroll inquiries.
- Managing year-end payroll processes and reporting.
- Supporting process improvements in the Payroll department.
- Staying updated on payroll legislation changes.
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including US payroll.
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce.
- Secondary school diploma and NPI Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation.
- High Volume payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with web ROEs (records of employment).
- Accounting knowledge (an asset).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
